I enjoyed the live broadcast but had never done the chat at the same time - took some getting used to!

It's good: the interviewees were interesting and appeared knowledgable (!); interview questions were well put and clear; the example of the plumbers I liked as it illustrated the point; the gaps in the interviews let people comment in the chat room; that I can listen again and catch the bits I half heard while typing!!! A bit strange that there was also twitter and skype going on at the same time.

People obviously need to be used to working with multiple streams to get the most out of.
